This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and shipped to our global customer base.

Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.


  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, provided the product is in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.

Items Eligible for Return

– Defective or damaged products upon arrival.

– Incorrect items shipped (wrong model, color, etc.).

– Products that do not match the description on our website.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, unless defective:

– Opened software, licenses, or digital downloads.

– Custom-configured or personalized items.

– Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked as such).

– Perishable items or consumables (e.g., inks, toners) that have been opened or used.

  1. Condition of Returned Items

– Items must be in new condition with original packaging, tags, and seals intact.

– Products showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or altered serial numbers will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to you at your expense.

– We reserve the right to inspect returned items and deduct a restocking fee (up to 20%) if the product is not in resalable condition.

  1. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] or call 07018037556 within 7 days of delivery. Provide:

   – Your order number.

   – Reason for return.

   – Photos of the product and packaging (if defective or damaged).

  1. Receive RMA Number: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days. Do not ship items without an RMA.
  2. Pack Securely: Include the RMA number on the outside of the package and a copy inside.
  3. Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective on arrival).
  1. Refunds

– Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

-Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method. 

  – Credit/debit card: 5–15 business days to appear (depending on your bank). 

– Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

– International Returns: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on returns.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

– If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

– We will provide a prepaid return label (where feasible) or arrange pickup in Lagos.

– Replacement or full refund will be issued upon verification.

  1. Warranty

Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 year). Warranty claims after the 7-day return window should be directed to the manufacturer. We can assist with facilitation.

  1. Cancellations

– Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

– Once shipped, the order falls under the return policy.

9. International Orders

– All return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

– Refunds exclude original shipping and any import fees paid.

We may update this policy at any time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order applies.
